Hi Bahrin,
Im Hisham, am also the owner of the Edix 2.0 iVTec
Yup, Mr. Wong is right, I've spoken to Azrin last nite and he confirms there are a number of Edix owners scattered around KL.
Me myself can share with u a bit of experience in managing Honda Edix 2.0
It cost me around RM148 for normal servicing using Idemitsu lubricant 5W 30 (1 bottle of 4 litres), oil filter and labour charge
I changed all 4 tyres and upgrade the rims to Civic Type R white Rims and run on 210 45 17 tyres - Run on Falken Azenis only.cost around RM240 per piece.
(All the abovesaid changes and service is done in Klang-Kapar)
I managed to outsourced a bodykit for Honda Edix with painting - one Edix owner offered me a good price for 1 set of bodykit (he is also the Sales Manager at the Glorywheels who happens to brought in a number of Honda Edix in Malaysia)
Hmm, I upgraded the audio system by adding a booster (but still not operating at it best-lucky I rarely listen to local radio station, Im on CDs)-radiobooster will cost u around RM95.
I installed a reverse sensor-cost around RM150
and do all around tinted with Solargard - RM950
All items done in Kajang.
And I managed to discuss with a friend from Kakimotor and he confirms that Honda Edix is using the same Air Filter and suspension system like the Honda Civic ES, the different might be the spring rate because Edix is a little bit heavy at merely 1400kg.
HWL adjustable set up will cost u around - RM2200
Gab absorbers (absorber only) - RM1400
Eibach Spring - RM1000
Gab hi-Lo-Soft-Hard adjustable will poke a hole in your pocket at RM3.5kper set
However, I am very sure that if we can move around as a team, we can get better price and better understanding of the car.
Most sifus in this forum and other forum I think can help us out in terms of technical knowledge on the engines, suspension setup, exhaust system, electronics(God, this is the part I hate most) and such - since Edix 1.7 and 2.0 is using the same engines as in the Civic ES...
I am still looking around on the bodyparts like visors, front and rear bumper, sidemirrors, windscreen and and door mirrors (just in case if something happen-touch wood, we can easily find a replacement, at least OEM quality)
What I know is that, the side mirror (1 side only) will cost us a hefty RM800.... (we will find a solution on this)
Thats all I can share at this moment I guess.
I can be contacted via

p/s:- Im not that old, still young at heart, not that handsome, but the car is hensemm laaa kawannn...kekekekee
Have a nice day palss!!
