To mark the passing of 2007 in the Honda Car Owners Club, Malaysia (HCOC) calendar, HCOC held it's Annual Club Meetup 2007 on the 25th of November 2007 at Restoran Nasi Kandar Sedap, Dataran Prima. The objective of the meetup is to wrap things up for year 2007 and to introduce the club with the current working committee members and the new HCOC president for 2008 / 2009.

Honda's brand new, redesigned Honda Fit has been dubbed as the Japan Car of the Year for 2007 / 2008. The Honda Fit, also known as the Honda Jazz in other markets also won the coveted award back in 2001 and Honda has bagged 10 JCOTY award so far since it's introduction in 1980.

Honda Malaysia has successfully launched the all new 2nd generation Honda Stream on the 21st  November 2007. The 7 seater, 1.8-liter 'sporty' MPV is now available for booking at all Honda authorized dealers nationwide.

Autobacs Racing Team Aguri (ARTA) won both the 2007 SuperGT GT500 drivers and team championship albeit finishing a satisfying 8th place on Round 9 at Fuji Speedway. The team which initially started at 14th place on the grid managed to finish 8th while Epson Nakajima Racing with their Epson NSX finished 1st place followed by Team Impul (Calsonic Impul Z) on the 2nd place and Real Racing (Real NSX) finishing 3rd. The win in Round 9 also meant that Epson Nakajima Racing winning the 100th GT Race which marked the 100th race since the introduction of All Japan GT Championship in 1997.

On the GT500 Drivers Championship title, teams backed by Honda Racing managed to secure 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place on the drivers ranking with ARTA on the 1st place followed by Epson Nakajima Racing, Team Kunimitsu and DOME Racing Team. As for the GT500 Team Championship title, ARTA also manage to bag away 1st place on the team ranking followed by Nismo on 2nd place and Epson Nakajima Racing on 3rd place.

The 2007 SuperGT season has been truly a remarkable season for Honda as they dominated both the drivers and team championship title.

Honda Malaysia is currently in the midst of preparing for it's launch and it will soon be made available to the public in November through Honda's network of authorized dealers nationwide.
